Separate Ways

Sent to David as a four-year-old maiden rated just 65 in 2009, he didn't take long to improve for Marnane’s handling, winning at the Killarney July Festival that year. The following season, he won three more handicaps, including races at the Galway Festival and the Listowel Harvest Festival. Not only that, he also finished a close third in a Listed race at Cork, warranting a rise to an official rating of 102, making him one of the most improved horses in the country that season.
